October 2018 Bellabox Review

Beauty, LifeStyle, Product Review, Subscription Box, Uncategorized

Hi Lovelies,

Time for another Bellabox review & this months box was a special box as it was celebrating Bellaboxes birthday.

To celebrate there was 6 different coloured boxes to choose from, I forgot to choose mine and ended up with the apricot/peachy colour box which is the box I really liked the look of so I was quite happy that I ended up getting that box.

img_0357

ModelRock Lashes

IMG_0371

This was the first product that I noticed when opening up the box. I have personally never heard of this particular brand of lashes before but to be honest & hopefully I wont be crucified by the blogging gods for admitting this but I don’t ever really wear false eyelashes but in saying that the lashes themselves are really full & very glam looking lashes.

I like that these lashes are vegan & cruelty free.

You can purchase the ModelRock Lashes from their website directly for $11.95

TLW Let’s get naked Frizz Fighter

img_0368

Now this is another product/brand that I have never heard of before but I love the packaging of the product its  simple plain tube that just has lets get naked on it and to be honest I am instantly intrigued.

From the information card it says that this product is scientifically formulated hair serum that helps smooth, condition and seal strands & lives up to its name as being able to combat even the frizziest of hair regardless of the weather.

I am really interested to give  this s a try and see how it goes as I do get frizzy hair if I leave my hair to naturally dry so look out for that on my blog.

You can purchase this product from either Neon & Co Salon (Melbourne) or via this link for $19.90 dollars for a 125ml bottle.

Appeal Cosmetics Highlighter Drops

img_0375  img_0378

When I saw the sneak peek for this months box I was so excited to check out this product, the packaging is a beautiful mix of gold, black & rose gold.

I hadn’t heard of Appeal Cosmetics before so I am excited to try this product out, I got the gold highlighter drops and the colour is something else I mean look at this swatch!!

These drops can be added to either your foundation  or skin care for a customisable glow, I love that we also got the actual size product which normally retails for $40.46 dollars  (have I mentioned I love Bellabox).

You can pick these highlighter drops in the various shades from Appeal Cosmetics website directly

La Roche-Posay Uvidea BB Cream

img_0366

I do own a few BB creams but to be honest it’s not something I tend to ever really use because for me personally I either put on makeup or I don’t there’s no in between for me so I haven’t ever really seen the use of using a BB cream.

This particular BB cream days that it is featherweight which I agree with when I tested some out I could barely feel it on my skin at all. I love that it also has SPF 50+ protection which is so vital in the Australian summer sun.

You can pick up 50ml of this product from Priceline & Chemist Warehouse for $34.95

Swisspers facial wipes

img_0363

The last product in the box was this two pack of facial wipes from swisspers, I have used swisspers before but to be honest I don’t really have a favourite type of facial wipe brand because I honestly just use whatever ones I can get my hands on.

You can pick up 25 pack of wipes for $5 dollars from woolworths.

Have you tried any of these products before?

Until next time

BellaBox Review – September 2018

Beauty, Product Review, Subscription Box, Uncategorized

Hi Lovelies,

It’s time for another Bellabox review & for Septembers box with the commencement of Spring in Australia the box is a Spring Shake Up theme.

I was really excited to receive this box as last month we got a hint that each box would contain a Tarte product, I myself don’t yet own any Tarte products so I was looking forward to seeing what we get.

Vitamasque Masks

IMG_0178

This a brand I have never heard of before & first looking at the product it looks quite interesting as to how it actual works.

It says on the information card that it will brighten & hydrate your skin, these masks are developed with innovative Korean-skincare technology.

I have never tried a mask that you keep on your skin overnight before so I will definitely do a review on this product.

You can purchase this product from Priceline for $3 dollars & there is several different flavours/scents

Burt’s Bees Moisturising Lip Balm

IMG_0177

I really love Burt’s Bees packaging it’s quite simple but all goes so well together especially with the illustration of the cherry & the bee as well.

The wild cherry scent you can smell as soon as you open up the cap.

Burt’s Bees is paraben free & 100% natural which is another reason to love this brand.

You can pick up this product at Priceline, Chemist Warehouse or Coles for $6.95

Biore Deep Cleansing Charcoal Pore Strips

IMG_0176

Sometimes I honestly believe Bellabox can read my mind, I was talking to my sister the other day about how I really wanted to get some of these stripes as I had tried them with her for the first time about a month ago & they worked so well that I wanted to purchase them myself but I just hadn’t got around to it as of yet.

I always get blackheads on the bridge & sides of my nose and after using this product that one time it’s definitely a product that I would recommend.

You can purchase this product from Priceline & Chemist Warehouse for $7.29 for a box of 6 strips

Tarteist Quick Dry Matte Lip Paint

IMG_0182

Firstly how beautiful is the packaging, the mix of the black, gold & pinky brown colour is really nice.

I got the colour Bestie which is a beautiful deep nude colour.

IMG_0183

As you can see the colour is just beautiful and it dries very quick like promised.

You can purchase this product from Sephora or Tarte Cosmetics for $29 dollars for 6ml

Palmer’s Cocoa Butter Skin Perfecting Moisturising Day Cream SPF15

IMG_0179

If you have ever used Palmer’s products you would know how amazing they smell & this day cream is no exception.

With SPF15 this day cream promises to leave your skin healthy, glowing & protected from the suns harmful rays.

You can purchase this product from Priceline & Chemist Warehouse for $14.99 for 75ml

What product would you most like to try out from this months Bellabox.

Until next time

Bellabox Review June 2018

Beauty, Opinion, Product Review, review, Uncategorized

Hey Lovelies,

It’s time for another Bellabox review, I know it feels like I just did one but well that would be because I did.

The theme of this months box is items to keep you looking amazing this winter, see below for my review on the June Bellabox

pic 7

Item 1 – Nails Inc London

pic 6

How pretty is this nail colour from Nails Inc, I hadn’t heard of Nails Inc before but this colour is really pretty.

The colour I got was Collingham Place its a really pretty nude colour.

I think the only downside with this nail polish for me personally is the price, $23 dollars for 10ml nail polish seems a bit steep especially given that you only get 10ml.

You can purchase Nails Inc products from Sephora & David Jones

Item 2 – La’ Bang Body Hydrate Me Hair Treatment

pic 3

How pretty is this packaging!! It has such a summer beachy vibe to it with the colours and the palm tree.

I have never used hair masks before so I am interested to try this out & see what its like.

This particular mask has all natural ingredients to hydrate your hair & scalp to produce smooth, healthy & luscious looking hair.

La’ Bang Body is made in Australia & is vegan as well as cruelty free.

I think I will do a review about the mask & let you all know what I think about it.

You can pick up these masks from La Bang Body’s website for $18 dollars for 100ml

Item 3 – Burt’s Bees Skin Nourishment night cream

pic 5

The next product I came across was the Burt’s Bees night cream with Royal Jelly, it says on the information card that this moisturiser will rejuvenate the skin overnight & leave it feeling radiant and healthy looking.

You can purchase this night cream from Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, David Jones & Myer for $39.99 for 51g.

Item 4 – Neutrogena Naturals Multi-Vitamin Daily Moisturiser

pic 1

I am really loving the packaging of this product as well, the colours on the box and the product go really well together.

It says on the packaging that it is clinically proven to soften skin and moisturise throughout the day & reduce the look of dullness and roughness.

You can purchase this product from Chemist Warehouse & Priceline for $14.99 for 88ml

Item 5 – Garnier Skin Active Rescue Mask in Juicy Lemon

pic 4

This face mask sounds really good, it has lemon extract that will illuminate your skin for a smooth, radiant complexion with a healthy glow.

You can purchase this product from Priceline, Big W & Target for $3.95

Item 6 – Zuii Organic Certified Gradual Face Tan Lotion

pic 2

The bonus item this month was a sample of the gradual face tan lotion by Zuii Organic, which I didn’t know that Zuii Organic did tanning lotion.

You can pick a full size gradual tan from their website for $29.50 for 50ml

That’s all the product in this months Bellabox, have you tried any of these products before?

Hope you all liked this post, keep a look out for my next post which will be up soon.

Until next time

Bellabox April & May 2018 Review

Beauty, Product Review, Uncategorized

Hi Lovelies,

Today I am back with a Bellabox Review & seeing as how I have missed the past two months I thought I would combine them all together for one big Bellabox review.

Item1 – NYX Avant Pop Eyeshadow Palette (in the shade Surreal my heart)

7979989

How pretty are these colours, I love the packaging with the white writing against the colours of the palette it’s really simple but still nice.

I will definitely be creating a look with this palette & do a review of it for you all.

You can purchase this palette from Priceline for $34.95

Item 2 – White Glo Charcoal Whitening Toothpaste

888999

I am really looking forward to trying this product I have used White Glo before however I have never tried this particular one with the charcoal particles nor have I tried any other charcoal toothpaste.

It says on the information card that the charcoal particles help detoxify your mouth & remove deep stains & discoloration.

You can pick up this product from Chemist Warehouse, Priceline, Coles & Woolworths for $5.99 for 150ml

Item 3 – Pixi by Petra Lip Balm (Ripe Raspberry)

88888

I have never heard of this brand before, but I really love the packaging with the pink & light apple green.

The smell of this lip balm smells amazing, the shade itself is ripe raspberry & is a lovely light red colour ( the stick looks a lot darker then what it comes out)

You can buy this lip balm or any of the Pixi by Petra products from their website

Item 4 – Revlon Professional Nutri Colour Creme (White Platinum)

225599

I haven’t heard of this particular product before from Revlon but it says its a unique 3 in 1 product that provides instant hair colouring with nourishing treatment for coloured hair. The rich colour provides uniform application from the roots to the tips and good, unwavering colour hold. It has no peroxide & no ammonia.

This particular product is for the white platinum so I will give to my mum to use for her blond hair.

You can purchase this product from Salons for $14.95 for 100ml

Item 5 – La Roche-Posay Serozinc

030301

This is another product that I haven’t heard of before however it does sound very interesting, It says that it is a purifying and mattifying mist enriched with zinc sulphate  designed to target the key signs of oily acne-prone skin. It’s perfect to use as a toner or to refresh your skin at any time of the day.

It says that it is an effective solution to help prevent excess shine & tighten the appearance of pores.

I really like the colours of the product with the blue & white together, it doesn’t have any smell to it which I like & I also like that the product isn’t extremely cold when you spray it which I also really like because I find with other mists are really cold.

You can purchase this product from Chemist Warehouse & Priceline for $24.95 for 150ml

Item 6 – Sun Bum Sunscreen

036164169

This is a brand I haven’t heard of before but I am in love with the look of this product, the colour scheme of yellow and a light brown really go together especially with the gorilla. The product smells of coconuts & is so soft on the skin.

The product is paraben free, cruelty free, gluten free & is hypoallergenic & SPF 30.

You can purchase this product from Priceline for $17.99 for 177ml.

Item 7 – Model Co Baked Highlighter (Shade Moonshine)

ooooo

I feel like these two months worth of boxes are all filled with products that I have never used before.

IMG_3651

This baked highlighter looks amazing, look at that swatch!!!

The highlighter has micronized colour pigments and luxurious pressed powder which delivers a sheer, natural radiance that lasts all day.

You can purchase this product from Model Co directly for $25 dollars for 3.5g

Item 8 – Nivea Rich Moisture Soft Shower Cream

669988

In keeping with the theme of this post this is another product that I haven’t used before.

Opening up the packaging there is a perfume scent to the moisturiser that isn’t overbearing but you can definitely smell it.

The info card says that it will nourish your skin with a rich lather & will leave your skin feeling silky soft & intensively moisturised.

You can purchase this product from Chemist Warehouse or Woolworths for $8 dollars for 500ml

Item 9 – Blaq Eye Mask

IMG_3702

I can’t wait to try this product, if you remember from one of my blogs last year I tried out the blackhead mask which I loved so seeing another Blaq product I cant wait for!!

These eye masks are now with hyaluronic acid & it also has charcoal to de-puff and detox your skin.

I plan to do a review on the eye mask soon so keep a look out for that on my blog.

You can pick up the eye mask on Blaq’s website for $29 dollars for a 5 pack.

Hope you liked this Bellabox review, what item did you most like the look of?

I will definetely be testing out a few different products from April & May’s boxes so keep a look out for them on my blog.

Until next time,

Mariah xx

Bellabox Review – March 2018

Beauty, LifeStyle, Product Review, review, Uncategorized

Hi Lovelies,

It’s time for another Bellabox review!! On a side note how lovely is this months box, my fav colour is purple so was very happy to see a purple box this month.

1223322

Modelco Luxe Creme Long Wear Lipstick

How stunning is this lipstick colour? it’s a very beautiful red/burgundy colour. I also really like the packaging of the product its very slick.

Let me know if you would like me to do a review on this product as I would be interested to see if this product does last all day as it claims.

You can purchase this product from Model Co directly for $17 dollars

Modelco Super Lips Gloss long-lasting lip lacquer by Hailey Baldwin

IMG_3470

I am really liking that we received two lip products from Modelco this month & am really impressed with ModelCo’s packaging of their products.

It mentions that this product gives you fuller looking lips with a luxe high shine finish.

The only thing that slightly puts me off buying this product for myself is the price tag, I don’t ever really wear lip gloss so I probably wouldn’t ever buy it anyway but I have tried looking for the size that you get of the lipgloss for $25 & can’t find it but if it is $25 dollars for 2.4ml or 3ml then I think that is very steep in my opinion.

You can purchase this product from Model Co directly for $25 dollars

Skinfood New Zealand Skincare – light moisturiser

IMG_3462

This product & brand I have never heard of before, from what it mentions on the info sheet its paraben free, natural, organic & approved by the UK vegetarian society. It has peach oil, manuka honey, avocado, elderflower & marshmallow extracts, it smells like peaches.

You can purchase this product from Skinfood directly for $16 dollars for 100ml

Toni & Guy basic thick elastic & bobby pin combo pack

797974

There’s not much to say about this I think it’s such a great idea that a brand brought out a little tin that you can keep your bobby pins & hair ties in as I am forever losing mine.

It’s a good little pack that comes with 20 bobby pins & 6 hair ties in different sizes

You can purchase this product from Woolworths exclusively for $6.99.

The Goat Skincare Soap Bar

464646

I don’t think I have ever used goat’s milk soap bars before but it smells amazing.

I really like the packaging with the purple, white & blue, it mentions that it is suitable for dry, itchy and sensitive skin.

You can purchase this product from Terry White Chemist, Priceline or The Goat Skin directly for $3.60 for 100g.

Bonus Product – Natures Commonscents Paw Paw Body Wash

IMG_3465

From the packaging it says that this product has no sulphates, no parabens & leaves your skin feeling smooth & refreshed.

The product smells amazing as well.

Let me know if you have tried any of these products before or what product you would most like to try.

Until next time

December Bellabox Review 2017

Beauty, Uncategorized

Hey Lovelies,

I am back with my last Bellabox review for the year ( disregard that I have posted this on the second day of 2018 haha)

How beautiful is this month’s box, red & white. Love the Christmas theme to this months box.

145558

Stylondon/ Eyeshadow Palette

77447777   IMG_2965

This was the one item I was looking forward to in this months box as I am loving eyeshadow palettes at the moment & the colours look amazing.

I love the colours on the packaging but the packaging itself feels really cheap.

The colours itself are actually really good given how cheap the palette is.

You can purchase this palette from Stylondon for $17.00

John Frieda/Beach Blonde Cool Dip Purifying Conditioner

4788464

So just like the Shampoo that I received last month I haven’t tried this before but will definitely being doing a review on both the shampoo & conditioner soon.

You can pick the conditioner up from Woolworths, Coles, Chemist Warehouse & Priceline for $15.99 for 295ml

Murad/ Hydro-Dynamic Quenching Essence

4747444

This product I have never heard of before from the packaging it says it is silky, weightless moisture enhancing treatment optimizes skin’s capacity to retain hydration, leaving it soft, plump & youthful.

The product itself smells a little like sunscreen & feels quite nice on the skin.

This product retails for $139 for 30ml which is alot of money for a moisturiser & probably not something I would buy myself unless I knew it was amazing as its hard to really grasp that with only 5ml to work with.

You can purchase this product from Murad directly via their website

Palmer’s Coconut Oil Formula Body Lotion

1100014

I was so excited when I seen this product, I love Palmer’s products & this lotion is no different.

That smell of coconuts YUM, within seconds of using it on my hand it feels amazing & so soft & hydrated.

Palmer’s products are definitely products that I would recommend to anyone as they have never let me down & are so affordable.

You can purchase this product from Priceline & Chemist Warehouse for $7.39 for 250ml

Gariner Rescue Mask

122033

I feel like I have said this a million times but I love masks & now that I am on holidays there isn’t anything better then a nice bath & a face mask so I am eager to try this product out.

This whole Matcha thing seems to be taking over the world at the moment & too be honest I haven’t tried any Matcha products but it seems to be everywhere in drinks, food, face masks.

This product notes that it will purify your skin & leave it refreshed, mattifed and clean.

You can purchase this product from Priceline or My Chemist for $3.95 for 8ml

So thats all the products from this months Bellabox what product would you like to try if you got the chance? Or have you got into this whole Matcha craze, whats your thoughts?

Hope you like this post.

Until next time

Bellabox Review – November Box

Beauty, LifeStyle, Opinion, Uncategorized

Hi Lovelies,

I am back to review this month’s (November) Bellabox, I know were almost at the end of December but better later then never.

The first item I saw was this John Frieda Beach Blonde cool dip purifying Shampoo. I have heard of John Frieda products before but to be honest I don’t think I have ever used them before.

The information about the product is for blondes & brunettes who love effortlessly beach worthy hair. The minty cool shampoo quenches thirsty tresses with an invigorating seaweed formula allowing for ultimate ocean fresh styling.

I am interested to try this product & think I will do a review of these products as I also had a sneak peak at the December box where I also got this in the conditioner so look out for that review.

You can pick this shampoo up from Woolworths, Coles, Priceline & Chemist Warehouse for $15.99 for a 295ml bottle.

ooooll

Manna Kadar Glo Illuminator

The next product was this Illuminator from Manna Kadar, I love the packaging on this product, the pink with the gold & white writing is really nice. I have only ever used powered highlighters so I am eager to give this a try & review it for you.

You can purchase this Illuminator from Manna Kadar directly for $29 dollars for 20ml

IMG_2655

Vitamasque Sheet Mask

The next product I seen was a sheet mask & i really loved the packaging for this product as well. It says its a Korean face mask made with extracts of Manuka Honey which will nourish your skin.

As you all know I love masks of any kind so I am excited to try this out & its so cheap so I am hoping its a good product that I can stock up on.

You can purchase this product from Priceline for $5.99 for one mask

sidcfibsv

Olive Oil Skincare Company / Naturally Nourished Soap

I think this months Bellabox has had the nicest packaging for the products provided, this is another item that I just love the packaging & think it really suits the product.

I tend to use body wash a lot more then I really use soaps but I love having a nice soap in the bathroom to use or just smell.

This soap smells amazing you can definitely smell the olive oil in the product,it mentions that this product is made from all natural ingredients & is hand crafted and rested for 12 weeks.

You can purchase this product from Priceline or Olive Oil Skincare directly for $8.99 for 100g

Nutrimetics Ultra Care +Moisturising System

This little 2ml product was a bonus sample that was added into this months box. The product states that it binds continous hydration to the skin and prevents moisture loss, smoothing the skins complexion keeping to looking soft and fresh with long lasting moisture.

I tried the sample provided & it did make my skin feel quite cool & my skin does feel nice to touch but I couldn’t really get a good idea if it would work for but I don’t think I would purchase this product as its quite expensive at $68 dollars for 30ml.

You can purchase this product from the Nutrimetics website directly

hfhah

Estee Lauder / Modern Muse

The last product was this 1.5ml sample of the ‘November scent of the Month’ Estee Lauder’s Modern Muse.

Looking at the photo of the bottle pictured on the packaging it looks very elegant & a classy fragrance.

I really like the sample as it has a little sprayer on it which I much prefer as opposed to other fragrance samples were you have to lift the lid and dab it on as I always end up spilling it everywhere.

The scent itself is actually really nice, very fruity & not too overpowering, its definitely a fragrance I would wear.

You can purchase the perfume from Myer, David Jones, selected pharmacies & from Estee Lauder directly for $98 dollars for a 30ml bottle.

Thats all the products I received in this month’s Bellabox, what product do you most like the look of? Or do you already have one or more of these products?

Until next time
